Dream it.
From the very beginning it was quite stark that Nathan had the idea of using concrete to it’s full extent. He started it as a hobby but that soon turned into a business when word got around and orders began getting placed. “I love working with concrete as I can let my creativity fly”. His dream has come true and he is now doing something he truly loves day in and day out.
Build it.
Starting from home, Nathan bought a few essentials and began doing small projects. Friends and family were super impressed and encouraged him to do more. Soon enough, word had spread and Nathan was getting inundated and didn’t have the space or materials to fulfil everyones project. It was obvious Nathan was onto something big and needed to expand his operations.
Grow it.
Nathan now works out of his own shed and commercial premises. He has ALL the commercial equipment and then some. Lots of secret materials that he keeps well under lock and key as well. He can now take on many more orders and fulfil everyones request no matter how unique or complex. If he can cast it, he can create it. He also has assistants on call for specific tailored jobs if required. The business structure is now complete and running like a well oiled machine.
